Pelicans

The Pelecanidae family, part of the pelecaniform birds, includes both extinct and extant genera: Eopelecanus and Miopelecanus, which no longer exist, and Pelecanus, which is still present today. These birds have been around since the late Eocene epoch and continue to be found in the world now, showcasing their enduring presence through millions of years of evolutionary history.

I’m relatively new to birding as a hobby, and Birda is a great way to keep track off all the species I see. The best bird logging app
