Swinhoe's Minivet
Pericrocotus cantonensis
Swinhoe's minivet or the brown-rumped minivet (Pericrocotus cantonensis) is a bird in the cuckooshrike family, Campephagidae. The species was first described by Robert Swinhoe in 1861.
It breeds in China and winters in Mainland Southeast Asia. Its natural habitats are temperate forest, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest, and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.

Really great app
Itβs easy to use and itβs fun to log the birds you notice on a walk or just in your garden. Thereβs a option to record the birds you see in a session which is really nice. Good excuse to stop for a while and just watch birds. I am also enjoying the information part where you can find out fact about birds from all over the world.

Joined this app with a new interest in watching birds to help me find out what I was spotting. The community is very active in helping identify birds which is great and everyone is very kind so itβs just a nice wholesome community. I would definitely recommend this for any bird spotter π

This is a really lovely app, for everyone interested in birds - from newbies to old hands. There is a very friendly feel to the community and you will genuinely learn a lot as you record your sightings and photos. Great app for learning Birds
Iβve been using the app for a couple of months and love it....Someone said itβs like a real life PokΓ©mon Go for birds. Theyβre not far off! Itβs something that the family can do that gets you out and about. Well worth downloading no matter your age.

The best bird logging app
Birda is honestly the best bird logging app I have seen. I love all the features it has from being able to do a session and log all the birds you see in one sitting, to being able to connect with other birders from all over the globe!
