Mostly clear, wind variable less than 10 kts, swell W 3 to 4 ft at 5 secs, SST 67 - 72°F, air temp around 65°F. Risso’s dolphins, Striped Marlin, Protocol: eBird - Traveling Count Duration (minutes): 68 Number of Observers: 71 Distance Traveled (km): 19.02

Learning Birding with Birda
I’m relatively new to birding as a hobby, and Birda is a great way to keep track off all the species I see. I’m still working on my ID skills, but the app is great for figuring out potential species, and the online community is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Birda to both early and serious birders! 🐦

I’ve been using the app for a couple of months and love it....Someone said it’s like a real life Pokémon Go for birds. They’re not far off! It’s something that the family can do that gets you out and about. Well worth downloading no matter your age.

I use this app all the time as it’s quick and easy to log individual sightings or whole birding sessions. It’s an excellent way to meet new people and the forum is full of really friendly people. The challenges are a great way to get involved and learn more about birds. Cannot recommend it enough!
